Accessibility, privacy and terms

Accessibility statement
Tech-Bar Ltd. is committed to equal and accessible service for everyone, including people with disabilities. This website was built according to the Israeli Equal Rights for Persons with Disabilities (Service Accessibility Adjustments) Regulations, 2013, and Israeli Standard 5568, based on WCAG 2.0 at level AA.
What we did
- A clear heading structure and the same navigation on every page, in Hebrew (right to left) and English.
- The whole site can be used with a keyboard, with a clear focus indicator and a “Skip to content” link at the top of every page.
- Every meaningful image has alternative text; decorative images are hidden from screen readers.
- Text and background colours meet level AA contrast.
- The site adapts to phones and computers, and text can be enlarged to 200% without losing content.
- In the offer form every field has a label, errors are written in words next to the field, and the confirmation is announced to screen readers.
- No flashing animations; the small animation on the home page stops when “reduce motion” is set on the device.
Known limitations
Links to external sites (such as SmartBarIQ and WhatsApp) lead to sites we don't control. If you run into a problem on our site, we'd like to hear about it and fix it.

Privacy policy
This policy explains what information is collected on www.tech-bar.net, why, and your rights. The data controller is Tech-Bar Ltd., company no. 517398319, 66 Derech HaHadarim, Sde Warburg, Israel.
What we collect
- The “Get an offer” form: name, phone, business name, type of business and your message — only what you choose to fill in and send.
- Technical data: the site's servers automatically record technical data such as IP address and browser type, for security and operation.
The site uses no advertising or tracking cookies, and we never sell or rent information to anyone.
How we use it
To get back to you about your request, prepare an offer and arrange a meeting or demo — and for no other purpose without your consent.
Who sees it
- The Tech-Bar team handling your request.
- Service providers that run the website and email delivery for us (Microsoft Azure cloud hosting and an email service), bound to protect the information. Some servers may be outside Israel.
- The site loads fonts from Google Fonts, so your browser's IP address is visible to Google when they load.
- The WhatsApp button opens WhatsApp, which is subject to its own privacy policy.
How long we keep it
Request details are kept as long as needed to handle the request and the business relationship, and no longer than three years after your last contact, unless the law requires otherwise.
Your rights

Security
The site is served over an encrypted connection (HTTPS), and access to the information is limited to the people who need it to handle your request.
